Suroy- suroy: Pandanon Island with the Champs!

Pandanon Island is an island located 20-30 minutes away from Bohol but 1hr and 30 minutes away from Lapu-lapu, Cebu. It has a population of almost 2000 people. I have been here before, but I have never set foot to the Island's beautiful white sand beaches.

After having won this year's CFFL Flag Football Inter-Collegiate, we, the USC Warriors planned this Island hopping to celebrate our championship. We also invited non-intercol players and these are the people who celebrated with us.

The sand was indeed so fine and white. The water is as clear as glass and they have cottages to be rented out for the day but you have to come in big groups or else you would end up paying for a higher price. We were able to rent a motor boat for 3500 pesos, a boat big enough for 60 people. We also brought our own food for there are no restaurants available near the area. 

The barangay sits at the other side of the Island but you can walk yourself towards it. The island also comes with and entrance fee of 150Php but if you don't wish to enter the island, it is ok.
