Suroy- suroy: TGI in the Negros Island Region

Officially City of Dumaguete and also dubbed as the City of Gentle People. Thanks to my Good Intentions Family and the long weekend, I got the chance to finally visit this place.

Dumaguete City Baywalk
Enjoy a beautiful morning stroll at the bay walk that transforms during the night as a food bazaar with different kinds of food. They have barbecue's, fruits, and most especially Balot or duck egg. Have your picture taken in front of this signage too!
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental

Locale Palette Restaurant
Dine in Locale Palette, one of the many restaurants around Siliman University. It offers the perfect ambiance both for eating and even studying. It serves a wide variety of food and not to mention a lot of art. The interiors are done by the owner, who is also the chef of the restaurant! What I like the most about this restaurant is that it supports local art. It even has a wall with artworks by students that can be bought for a certain price.

The Forest Camp
Take a dip in the cold fresh water pools that can be found in this nature park. Enjoy swimming, take a hike, ride an ATV, wall climb and many more.

Perth Paradise Resort
Located in Sipalay, Negros Occidental; the highlight of our Negros trip. It has rooms available for an overnight stay that's budget- friendly and a pool with the most beautiful view of islands facing the West Philippine Sea. It also has floating cottages perfect for dining above-water, and outdoor activities like jet ski, kayaking, and island hopping.
